QUICK ANSWERS
I did not receive a confirmation email.+

Check spam and the address spelling. Then sign in again or request a new confirmation link. Each new link remains valid for 24 hours.

My password link expired.+

Reset links last 30 minutes and work once. Open “Forgot password” and request a new link.

Why do I need an account before the first book?+

It links the manuscript to your account from the first sentence, so changing devices does not depend on one browser's storage. Free remains free and registration does not create a subscription.

Why do I see two versions?+

Two devices changed the project in parallel. Eloir does not overwrite either version automatically. Compare both notices and choose the local or cloud version deliberately.

How do I move from Scrivener, Word or another writing tool?+

Open Import in Eloir. Use a complete ZIP backup from Scrivener or a DOCX, RTF, Markdown, ODT, HTML or text export from another tool. Eloir previews the detected chapters and scenes without changing the original file.

Still need help?

Tell us what you did, which device you use and what you expected. Never send a password, and include manuscript text only if it is necessary to solve the issue.
